A Bit of Background
Here at Intercultural Diversity And Inclusion Center 'ILO', we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

Mision And Goals
The mission of IDIC ILO is to create an educational environment that broadens our understanding and appreciation of multiculturalism, diversity, social and economic justice.
IDIC ILO aims to establish a broad community network that is committed to working together towards the recognition and acceptance of the dignity and worth of every individual and providing a warm, welcoming, supportive, and vibrant environment for all underrepresented.
IDIC ILO sets its goals but not limited to become an educational platform where Roma and non-Roma can access knowledge about the Roma identity, history, and culture through a collection of high-quality lectures delivered by leading Roma activists, public figures, scholars on topics ranging from Roma Holocaust and enslavement to Roma identity and Roma cultural productions.
Create a space for Roma to become active in American society through empowerment, mobilization, and self-organization.
Support Roma women and girls by fostering their capacities and leadership to be equallyand fairly involved in public life and decision-making.
Networking with Roma and non-Roma people from different countries to reach the common objectives through our international, national, and local work.
IDIC ILO sets its activities to produce a functional Roma Cultural Center in Chicago and continue to foster an environment that promotes leadership development, a sense of community, and a sense of mattering.
